Digital order refund policy

Puddle Jump products are digital PDF downloads. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are limited to technical delivery issues reported within 14 days of purchase.

When refunds may be approved

• You were charged but did not receive a downloadable file.
• The delivered file is unreadable or materially incomplete.
• A technical error prevented reasonable use and support could not resolve it.

When refunds are not typically available

• The PDF was successfully delivered and can be opened.
• The order contains details submitted by the customer, such as a misspelled name or wrong destination.
• The request is based on a change of mind after the digital file was delivered.

How to request help

Email [email protected] with your order email, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We will first try to fix delivery or file problems, and will approve a refund when the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.
